Elton John is a has been, all he does anymore is perform cheesy songs for Disney movies. His career was a mess early on with drugs, getting married when he was confused, etc. He is old and bitter and not very attractive. He is jealous of Madonna because she is probably liked more by the Brits then he is. He is mad Madonna has dissed Lady Gaga who he admires. Elton John is not a living legend like Madonna is. Maybe if he looked better and had a more memorable singing voice he could stay relevant.

ever notice how his disney songs are much more understandable, they must've put in in the contract "if you're going to do this song, you gotta sing so we can understand you"
I'd rather spend my money seeing Elton John than Madonna. He has made so many contributions towards AIDS Research and other philanthropic causes. And if I had the offer I'd rather have a pleasant conversation with him than Madonna. He would graciously accept my hydrangeas and not mock me I'm sure. She is a twit.
