Long gone were the olden days of comedy known as slapstick like the Three Stooges and Keystone Kops.

I loved the comedy of yesteryear which I grew up with and that included Red Skelton, Johnathan Winters, Sid Caesar, Bob Hope and others. Then came gems like Tim Conway, Carroll Burnett, Robin Williams and others.

Then came vulgarity. WTH? You can't be funny anymore?

There is no easy way to answer this question. I can only list some of my all time favorites:

George Carlin
Richard Pryor
Lenny Bruce
Robin Harris
Rodney Dangerfield
Chris Rock

There are many many more as well to list like Steve Martin, Eddie Murphy, Steven Wright, Jay Leno, Bobby Slayton, etc.

I love T.J. Miller, Kristen Wiig, Steven Wright... T.J. Miller is hilarious in person. I've seen him at least 8 times and every time I leave, I feel exhausted from laughing so much!
