As a civil matter I think he should be filing defamation lawsuits against these accusers.
I wish he would, but he won't. Truth is a defense in a defamation case and he sure doesn't want 23 women on a witness stand telling their stories under oath.

Concern over civil suits are the reason Cosby is quiet.. A few of those and swift kick to the nuts.....

Everyone of these women should file, like class action damages civil suit.

No, I guess I hang out with *cough* a different type of woman than you do.

I did say it. What don't you understand? really? At this point I might have to question your reading comprehension.

Reading this thread is kinda freaky. There's a lot of defensiveness, in place of compassion. Dudes, if it was your own sis who got raped, would you be this defensive, or would you try to get her some help, or even think about punching the dude out? I can't relate to the denial I'm seeing here.
It's funny. When it's someone else, "Oh we need to go by the law. We can't judge. We need evidence." But when it happens to them personally, all bets are off! It's a different tune. I posed a question earlier that still wasn't answered that if someone's daughter, sister, or mother were raped, would they have the courage to say to their loved one, "Whoever raped you is innocent until proven guilty. So, I'm skeptical that you are telling the truth. Where's the evidence?"

That's why he settled in 2005 when 13 women were lined up to testify. That was a gift he got. They could have taken him down if they were the women some people claim they are. But he got to keep his pristine image.

The daughter is in some serious DENIAL!!!!. I think the wife is a manipulative type who is able to get power over people to get them to believe her sick twistedness. I just wonder where she was when all these events were transpiring.

I'm not going to join those who play God and know who is, or is not, guilty because they just know he has to be. The last thing I would want, if this happened to my daughter, was to punish the wrong guy. I would expect the police to do their job and find the right person, and the prosecutor to prove it was him. If they can't prove it then the risk of punishing the wrong person is too great. I'm sorry if you don't like it, but that is how it works in this country. Lynching is not justice.
