Yea, not sure I'd take Charlie's word on it being impossible for him to transmit it, I trust the CDC over him. Even his Dr. wouldn't admit on the Today show that it was impossible.
Anyway, back to Kim Wagner, just seemed very irresponsible (speaking of irresponsible) and it's not the first time I've heard her say something that wasn't accurate.
The recent photos of him show some pretty serious weight loss indicative of some serious issue going on inside his body. I've seen LOTS of HIV in Van. and that's just what they look like. He's been looking like that for awhile now. Gee, what a surprise.
Remember when Cher commented back in the late eighties that she had lost too many of her Hollywood friends? When everyones screwing everyone else that's what happens. Sure took all the fun out of the last few decades.
Am I the only one that believes AIDS is a conspiracy? How is it that I have never known anyone with AIDS/HIV and I have never known someone that knew someone or knew someone that knew someone that knew someone with it? The only person I know has it is Magic and he's in better shape than most guys I know who are in their mid 50s
No unfortunately you are not the only one. The American society is reaching new levels of paranoia. Oh yeah I know a few people who are HIV positive in real life and know of a few people who died either from AIDS or committed suicide because of what AIDS did to their body.
I'm quiet confident it's not a conspiracy. Magic Johnson was extremely lucky, Rock Hudson did not win that lottery.
I've known a lot of people over 38 years and they have known a lot of people. Meaning the amount of people I'm vaguely connected to is exponential. If anyone in anyone's circle of acquaintances had HIV I am sure someone would have died from it in the past 30 years that it has been in the public's awareness and I'm sure someone would know and say that so and so died of AIDS
One of my best friends father in high school died from AIDS. It was a horrible death. She told us he died from another disease when it happened and we had no reason to doubt her. We didn't find out until years later until she told us how he died. I wish she would have told us when it happened because she went through a lot crap but I guess she wasn't ready.
If this wake up call doesn't make him change his destructive course and life philosophy nothing will.
I feel sorry for his kids and grandkid. He talked about how the people blackmailing him were taking money away from them. Right, Charlie! I am sure the mounds of money you went through living your perverse, grandiose lifestyle did nothing to deplete their inheritance or welfare. Give me a break! And now he's given them this heap of crap to deal with.
Now, he needs to do some real work internally and spiritually--as he is probably not long for this world.
P.S. There will be a lot of his colleagues who will not want to work with him or touch him with a ten foot pole!
Anyone who has unprotected sex, first time or 500th time, shares a needle, or has contact with bodily fluids from an infected person could acquire HIV.
Sheen isn't unique. He joins 1.2 million people in the USA with this diagnosis. He is unique that he decided to disclose his diagnosis to the world.
Perhaps his story will make one person think. I hope so.
Given all the hookers etc. he has banged....no shocker there.
I bet there are some people hearing this news that are scrambling to get tested....included some of his ex's.
P.S. Most of the starlets he married came well after his well known relationships with porn stars etc. so it was definitely a "buyer beware" situation.

I haven't seen the pictures and I probably couldn't tell the difference since I never watched his shows but I do wonder if this whole media circus was not planned by Sheen's team. Maybe he is dying soon or there are lawsuits on the way.
It's still sad. I know people comfort themselves thinking it only happens to "bad people". But that's not how diseases always work. I don't believe there is an invisible power making sure only "bad people" get bad things. Sure some people are irresponsible, but sometimes good people make bad choices, others get infected through a partner who is cheating on them. If the world was such a fair place there would be no children with Cancer, AIDS or physically or sexually abused. Even if someone acts irresponsibly it is a condition no one deserves.
I think those who are making this a joke or saying that Sheen deserved it are despicable people. Hopefully no one will make fun of them when they or someone in their family get a disease with no cure. None of us are immortal and probably most of us will have horrible painful deaths.
If you lie down with dogs, you may catch fleas! So the blackmailing is no surprise. He wasn't dealing with the most upstanding citizens. Sounds like he needs attention and is looking for pity.
He had been warned, I'm sure, during his rehabs and after he OD'd...Some of his family had to tell him once or twice about the dangers of his lifestyle.
