Nothing Compares to You is one of the most original and beautiful songs. Listening to it a few minutes ago, it’s still strikingly fresh and effective. It’s a shame she always creates so much controversy. I think she has untreated mental health issues that have been left unaddressed.
The song Another one bites the dust comes to mind. Chick was a idiot. Top of the world in her career, fresh, etc and goes and rips up a pic of the pope on national tv. Brilliant. I remember watching that show.
Her career pretty much went down in flames about 3 minutes after that. Yeah she might have a few fans around but so does Winger.
O'Connor went out on a bicycle ride on Sunday morning in a Chicago suburb and did not return, leading someone to call authorities to report her missing. She was later found in a hotel after a day-long search by authorities to check on her well-being.
