Good point. We do it with ALL movie stars...male and female. Sean Connery is one male who got scrutinized...way heavier and a "rug" to boot. Marlon Brando is another one that sort of porked out, as did Elvis Presley. We do it with class reunions. It's just natural to notice how people change over the years...in a way, it's like holding up a mirror and not liking what we see. |

Why do we need to discuss celebrities who have aged or gained weight?  How is that a topic?

It is just sad to see someone who was so stunning appear so aged now. I hardly recognized her. And totally understand her hardships through life and now has a devastating illness to deal with. I enjoyed listening to her, she is very likable, unlike so many celebrities today. And wish her the best.  |
