It's difficult to know if someone had cosmetic surgery, but the first name that popped into my head is Christie Brinkley. I've seen her on commercials and cannot believe she's in her 60s. She's always been gorgeous, but it's as if she found the Fountain of Youth. Another model, Cindy Crawford, looks very young for 51.
I don't know if he looks much younger than his age, but Rob Lowe has certainly aged well. (edit: just noticed he was already mentioned) So has Johnny Depp. Both are over 50 and still handsome. Tom Cruise is 54 and looks great.
I'll be 66 very soon and I wouldn't mind meeting someone who looks like Richard Gere who is older than I am!
