The grandchildren of rock ’n’ roll legend Elvis Presley have reportedly been removed from their home and placed in the custody of California’s Department of Children and Family Services.
I'm not clear on why Lisa Presley doesn't have custody of her children. She wasn't living with this man any longer.
I think they are, and he is allowed monitored visits. It's not clear why the kids were taken from both parents; my guess is that the computer with the kiddie porn on it was at her place, so they have to do an investigation to verify that it's actually his and not hers.
At any rate, the article is wrong about the kids being in state custody. Priscilla has them.

She had to go in to rehab. You can't keep your kids with you in rehab. Then she has to go to court to get them back which takes months to get a court date. Meanwhile though they are with their grandmother child protective services will still monitor their well being until legal matters are settled.
I find all of this sad. Too bad she didn't take some of that inheritance, get a college education, establish a career & identity other than "daughter of Elvis", & possibly meet some people who were interested in HER, not just her lineage & inheritance.

Rather difficult to do when one look at her immediately says "child of Elvis".
