I'm glad that Hugh is so open with it. He brings a lot of awareness just by posting pics of his bandaged face. Folks were commenting on the post about how they got their skin checked after the last time he posted a pic, and they ended up having BCC removed.
Basal cells are pretty common and usually do no harm.
This is what I suspect. If he didn't have insurance, he'd probably be told to just keep an eye on it.
