This guy's the definition of a yo yo dieter. Not healthy. At all.

I like the fat Jonah though.

Jonah Hill appears to be working on the spring slimdown!

The War Dogs star was spotted out in Los Angeles over the weekend, sporting a trimmer figure as he left the gym.

Jonah is great to watch in any role he does. His weight has fluctuated though he looks well here. Hope he remains in good health.

Man made me laugh till it hurt in Superbad.

Yes, it's amazing how copious amounts of free time, millions of dollars and access to the nations' best physical trainers and nutritionists can help someone lose weight. Ugh.

He follows a long line of people who reach stardom, infamy, and the like as one person only to transform into another.

deserves some credit! If you look at the interview he did on The Tonight Show he has been working on this weight loss and getting "in-shape" for a solid two years! That is very admirable! Could he revert back to his old ways. Sure he can over-indulging in food is a way of self-medicating. Some people choose drugs/alcohol and die fast. Others choose food to ease their pain. Not saying that he does. I think he desrves a ton of credit. I see him as role model for many who cannot overcome obeisity or who want to try. It is pretty simple, stop eating so much and start moving. Anyone can do it. It's all about mental strength and determination. His money helps, but in the end it is up to him. i doubt the trainer is living with him although he does have enough money to do that and there is a funny movie with Kevin Hart about that too! LOL!
Congrats Jonah!
