Best regards to your long-suffering wife.

You can admire a person for many reasons, but Mirren for physical attractiveness?

I mean, I admired Mother Teresa for her inner beauty.

Yes, my sweet wife did suffer for 3 1/2 years before losing her battle with dementia.

Certainly didn't soften your attitude towards women. Or is this all just to pass the time?

So because I disagree with Mirren being held up as a paragon of physical beauty, when I see older women everyday with more attractive facial features, this "attitude" translates to misogyny?

And by the way, although she's a good actress, there are many who are far better. Does that translate to "hater" too?

Don't equivocate. If you don't find her attractive, fine. However...

Mirren's a dog, physically.
Ask any male... normal male, that is.

Ann Margret WOW!
Helen Mirren A mutt.

Nor her fault she looks like a man facially and is saggy physique wise.

That witch's bump on her face must be what turns ya on.
She's a hag.

Saggy in front and back and what is beautiful about her face?
Sounds pretty hateful and misogynistic to me.
Your misfortune was to bring yourself and your nasty rhetoric into a thread dominated by female posters. Bad idea. Welcome to the Wasp's Nest.

I'd venture to say that many males are surprised at the adulation of Mirren, especially as an example of female pulchritude. And to a slightly lesser extent, a number of them suspect that the "Plain Janes" are her primary admirers.

Next assignment: Research the definition of misogyny.

And yet, none of them have chimed in to come to your defense.

That's easy enough.

mi·sog·y·ny
məˈsäjənē/
noun
dislike of, contempt for, or ingrained prejudice against women.
"she felt she was struggling against thinly disguised misogyny"

The only thing missing in this definition is your picture next to it.

Well, maybe the two "reps" I received in this thread were from women.

At any rate, we're at impasse and should politely agree to disagree.
