Great post!

Too many of them step on podiums to voice their damn politics when it has nothing to do with why they're there. Forget thanking those that aided them on winning their awards ~ instead they try to tell us that they know better than we do. This has done much damage for me.

I doubt that. They have to get rid of that extra money somehow, so why not to charities? But there are a select few that honestly give a lot to charities and keep it private... and you don't find out until after they are gone.
Why do they HAVE to get rid of thier extra money? Who says they HAVE to?

I remember a few articles about One Direction visiting children, but I can't imagine a bunch of guys in their late teens to early 20s would actually WANT to help others if it wasn't so trendy and expected of them.

I know everyone wants to be heard, so that's why celebs do it. In a way, they are lucky that millions of people will hear what they say.

But what I can't stand is that they think they have so much power and influence when they don't!!!

That the news media spends so much time on celebrity news instead of on IMPORTANT news.

And that the media spends so much time on celebrity news because there are apparently so many moronic people who care about it more than they care about important news that is actually going to affect their lives.
