Kennedys father had mafia trouble and cut a deal with giancana then they smartly double crossed him by bringing in bobby and going after organized crime full force. They had no choice anyway giancana was too much of an egomaniac.

Google how they went down to I think Kentucky and went door to door buying votes...

I said nothing about Wikipedia.

Yes casino is a movie...directly based on books, wire taps, court cases, murders and prison sentences. That actually happened. But those books don't talk about Marilyn Monroe. Either does the movie casino. Double fail.

Lots of info out there

And, gee, maybe the reason it won't go away is because people keep bringing it up, even in forum threads about ...Marilyn Monroe.

Marilyn had very limited acting skills. She tried to improve by attending places like Lee Strasberg's acting school in NYC in the 50s. She even had his wife with her as an acting coach on movie sets.

She drove directors, and other actors in her later movies crazy, by constantly keeping them waiting on set, and fluffing her lines. But, as director Billy Wilder said, when she got it right, there was no one quite like her in light comedy.

I think if Marilyn had lived on, she would have faded away as a star as she got into her forties. But, as a woman of her time, her beauty, and her pain, haunts us still..........
