Tori and her brother Randy each got less than $1 million from their father's estate so I don't think Tori's divorce had anything to do with it.

It was also reported that Randy and Tori each received less than $1 million in cash after his death.

Fair? I don't know, but at least he treated them both equally.

There are a few of the very rich that don't believe in leaving their children so well off that they won't ever strive to make anything of themselves......and others don't think that way yet their children still pursue careers even though they were left a fortune.

Ashton Kutcher just came out and said he didn't plan on leaving his kids a bunch of money.

Personally, I think I would leave my kids a fortune, but they wouldn't get it until they were at least 40 years old, and even then, maybe in some kind of trust.

And it would depend how old they were too. If I had a good for nothing 30 year old, I would just leave them a trust with the money doled out a tiny bit at a time, just enough to barely live on. LOL

Anyway, now the question is: Who will Candy leave the money to?.....her kids.....or charity?
