RIP Richard Harrison. Old sailors never die. They just get a little dingy. He was and old Tin Can sailor like me. Much respect. Godspeed mate. He always reminded me of a bulldog, tough and didn't take no stuff off nobody, but a big heart, lots of heart. I would have liked to have a couple of beers with him.
The Old Man and Chumlee were/are my favourites as well. There isn't much of a show without either one of them.
I got a picture of me with Chum when I was out in Vegas 2 summers ago. He really was a pretty nice guy there at the shop, taking photos with people.
I think he somewhat gets a bad rap.. He is playing a character after all, or at least an exaggerated version of himself.. Tho, some of the things I've seen, put some alcohol in him and he can be a real d-bag. Tho.. That holds true for many people.
