Three.. Bob Einstein, aka Super Dave Osbourn passed as well.

Captain and Tennielle divorced a few years back.. I think they said it was a calculated move due to his health, but then more came out of it. But then she moved back in with him.. Confusing situation.

And.. Holy crap.. ALL THREE were 76 years old.

It's a bad day to be 76 and famous.

Someone find Paul McCartney and put him under protection for the rest of the day.

I thought he'd died awhile ago.

I also didn't realize that she's almost 80.

Crazy that The Captain passed just a few days after Ray Sawyer, a singer from the same era who looked like a pirate.

LMAO And you're not alone in thinking so. Decades ago Queen Elizabeth visited the WH during a trip to the U.S., and The Captain and Tenille were among the performing guests. They sang "Muskrat Love," during which QE fell asleep after screwing up her face in disapproval lol.

It is a weird song, made even worse by The Captain's musical sound effects meant to emulate rodents mating. Yeesh!
