Leaving Neverland, a documentary that accuses Michael Jackson of sexually abusing a pair of young boys, is set to premiere at the 2019 Sundance Film Festival.
“At the height of his stardom, Michael Jackson began long-running relationships with two boys, aged 7 and 10, and their families,” the film’s synopsis states. “Now in their 30s, they tell the story of how they were sexually abused by Jackson, and how they came to terms with it years later.”
The two-part, 233-minute Leaving Neverland, named after Jackson’s famed California ranch, will receive its world premiere as part of the festival’s Special Events category.
I might tend to believe them a bit more at this time.. So far as I know, and someone can correct me if I'm wrong here, as I may be..
His estate is done. It's been settled. There's no money to be made from these accusations now, other than person getting their 15 minutes of fame, correct?

Not a legal expert, but I believe that any claim would have to be filed prior to probate, yes.
They still stand to make something from the documentary, though, so I'm still skeptical. Or at least, no less skeptical than I was before. Jackson was definitely an odd duck when it came to young boys.

I look at it as there was an awful lot of smoke there. Doesn't mean there is fire, but.. I think you'd be a fool to say "They're all liars!" Just as I think you'd be a fool to believe someone with accusations and no evidence.
He was odd all the way around. I don't think there needs to be limits on that statement to a certain area.
He was an amazing musician and dancer as well.
I'd really love to hear the story from the first accuser. He's never spoken publically.. His dad offed himself. The second one, the Gavin kid.. Don't believe him at all. They were proven to be lying so much they undid any believability in their story. The one kid who said for 20 years nothing happened, then before probate ended, tried to make a claim.. Don't buy that one. if Culkin came out now and said something happened.. I'd believe him. He doesn't need the money. Feldman is so screwed up in the head and has admitted when he WAS abused by others (Supposedly.. I tend to believe him) and he hasn't made any accusations.
Very hard to say one way or another. I suspect some things happened.. But exactly what and with who.. I can't say.

That's what we're talking about.. Not positive. We're pretty sure his estate is settled.. So, no.. They couldn't even go after his estate at this point.

This is a different accusation so the acquittal on the other case is irrelevant, but again, assuming the estate has been probated, that ship has already sailed.
I obviously wasn’t there to know what happened, but I don’t believe he molested anyone.
