why is it the only great award my husband gets for being a cop is a promotion if he's killed in the line of duty. His job is a million times harder than any actors will ever be. Why don't I get a reward for being married to a man married to his job? We barely survive on his cop salary. Its sickening how they award these people. I think my husband deserves $20,000 a shift just for coming home at the end of the night. Thats an amazing feat in itself.. Why aren't the secretaries, the cashiers ect rewarded. How about the person that is making these celebrities coffee? They worthless little ants?

No, it's only because they are recognized by so many more people. Your husband can only come in contact with a limited amount of people in his job. Actors and celebrities are known
by face and name by millions of people. The same with athletes. It comes down to how many people you can get to tune in. Dosen't seem fair or just but there you go...
Create an award yourself.

Plus I know there are things like employee of the month.

It's all for advertising. They want a picture of Jennifer Anniston wearing their diamonds. That could be worth alot to them in sales. Everything is about advertising. A television networks job is to deliver audience to advertisers.
Maybe it is just that so many of them (including politicians) are spoiled, undisciplined, unstable and personality disordered, and more than likely to have one or more severe addictions tacked on to all their other mental, emotional and social problems. Just a guess....
They make millions of dollars for one movie, then expect a ton of free goodies.
They work for two months out of the year then need the rest of the year off for "exhaustion"
They weigh around 140 and tell everyone that they're 110.
They might be married but go and sleep around anyways.
