People can get strokes and heart attacks earlier in life. Health can often be luck of the draw. There are people who live clean as fresh roses and get debilitating illnesses or die young. Then there are those who guzzle booze, smoke and eat poorly and have good physical health and live long. Seen more of just the latter actually. Look at Keith Richards for example.

So did Timothy Omundson from "Psych" in 2017, which is why his role in the reunion movie was so limited. But, that was described as a 'minor' stroke.

Even the kid from Malcolm in the Middle.. Muniz.. had 2 mini strokes in 2012 and 2013 at 26 and 27 years old.. Supposedly costing him memories from his childhood acting days.
