Keith looks happy enough in the photo accompanying this article, shirtless, clutching a large glass of beer.
Best wishes to Mick Jagger...
Keith once said he stopped using drugs because they were not working. He has the same genetic gift with a dash of luck Ozzy, Motley Crue members have. He will keep on going for a while.
Despite Mick and others healthy living, it does not guarantee good health and long life. It plays a role but sometimes it's luck of the draw and genetics.
Whether Mick has a heart valve problem, which has been widely reported, or something else, I wish him only best. I hope he has a speedy recovery and that he can return to performing the way he is accustomed to. People joke about how they should retire, but I saw the Stones on one of their recent tours and they were amazing. Mick's 40 years older than me and he is in much better shape than I am. I hope these legends can continue defying the odds.
And that article showing Keith, I love it. That is one old dude who does not give AF. True to his lyrics in my favorite Keith-sang tune, "I wasn't looking too good but I was feeling real well". Keep on rockin' Keef!

I would highly recommend Keith's book Life to his fans, he's an interesting character and no dummy. I think it may have been a 60 Minutes segment that showed his hobbies to be gardening and Naval history, I didn't see that coming.
I'll never forget a comedian some years back joking about the Stones, "Ladies & Gentleman, the Rolling Stones LIVE and Keith Richards."
