No. Your using the rep function to make a point was inappropriate. If you cannot be more forthright with your opinions, you deserve no answer. BTW, I do have DM and you are free to use it. That *is* what it's there for.

No, what I said was your use of the rep function was inappropriate and I will not deal with you further. BTW, I think it's against the TOS to do so.

Feel free to add me to your ingore list then. Your problem is then solved. You have prattled on in 3 posts about something unrelated to MS Winehouse. You like to throw around TOS... maybe review what it says about off topic posting.

Now back to discussing MS Winehouse. I talked with a friend who is working towards his masters degree in Addiction Counseling. He agreed that AA or whatever other intervention might work, however the person seeking treatment needs to make the effort. He also talked about fame, and ability or lack of ability to cope with fame. It is a heavy toll for the person.

If it wasn't for her career this discussion wouldn't be going on. If this would have been a 27 year old junkie, we woudn't bat an eye. How does that reflect on us as humans?

Fine, I was not going to report your use of the rep function, but now I will since you won't respect the TOS.

BTW, she tried to contact Dr. Drew in the days before her death. But just to educate you a bit on addiction...this really sums it up. Oh, and I take it you have not struggled with addictions yourself (at least of the mind altering kind) or you would already know this.
It is a CHOICE to take that first drink or try that first drug. You can make all the excuses for her that you want and try to blame other factors, but the fact is that Amy Winehouse did this to herself. Even if she was trying to get help, she obviously took herself too far down that road. Let that be a lesson to others.
