Yeah but this is beyond just acting wild, crazy, controversial or subversive. This is altering your face to look like you're a wookiee in a Star Wars movie.
She's losing it. All that money and fame and ... she's losing it. Maybe she sees Lady Gaga and all the accolades and attention she's been getting (who truly has talent while Madonna has business savvy over marketing herself) and... she's losing it. It's a well known fact how insecure Madonna is. Security comes from something within. Not without.
Madonna knows exactly what she was doing in that video, creating more press. She's no dummy, if she was, she wouldn't have been half as successful as she's been.
As for Gaga, what a stupid name.

Me too, I think I stopped buying her records/cassettes when Vogue came out. Her older stuff was awesome back then.
