I too was Living in LA and watched the Bronco chase as well as the trial. I hope he can appeal this.

As I recall the make up of the jury was looked at with slightly raised eyebrows at the murder trial. With accusations of the "race card" being played by the defence to gain an edge??
""Both sides accepted a disproportionate number of female jurors. From an original jury pool of 40% white, 28% black, 17% Hispanic, and 15% Asian, the final jury for the trial had 10 women and 2 men, of which there were 8 blacks, 2 Hispanics, 1 Native American half-white, and 1 white female.""
I took about as much interest last time as I did this, almost none...But in the light of all the talk this time I found this interesting..

OJ has a very credible argument on appeal that he didn't get a fair trial. All-white jury more likely mirrored the sentiments of many people (presumably white) who feel that this guilty verdict is NOT because of the law and facts as they were presented in this robbery/kidnapping case, but to get back at him for being acquitted 13 years ago. This is not a legitimate reason to convict a man.
Appeal pending...stay tuned.

He and his atty had approval of jury. If they deliberatley allowed/selected an all white jury so they could now scream Race card and appeal; they have no argument.

No one said the jury was ignorant and stupid. But the jury IS human and they remember OJ getting off the first time. If you read all the CDF threads on OJ, 99% of the posts seem to think it is just desserts for his acquittal in 95, why should the jury be any different? I don't think it was Karma, I think it was just pure stupidity on OJ's part. Did you hear the tape recording of the incident? OJ sounded like a rapper! Screamin and cursin, 38 caliber on his person! You mutha-f@#$ this, and mutha-f#$%R that!
Its not a race card, its a court room tactic to use any and everything possible to win the case, and if that fails, to win the appeal.

Why do you think he moved to Florida after he was aquitted 13 yrs ago ? No one could touch his money down there, it was protected . He ran away from paying any kind of resitution (sp?) to the Brown or Goldman families for what he did .
For those that say OJ didnt do it ? you are kidding right ? Blood evidence in the White Bronco and on the driveway of his house isnt enough for you ? Just because it was like 1 day late in getting submitted, it wasnt allowed !
Here is my theory on this : OJ truely does not believe he did that because he probably got SO mad and in a rage that his memory blacked it out .
All these past years, OJ must have been selling off his memorabilia to make ends meet, cuz no one in their right mind would hire him . I think with his latest arrest he must have been running low on his "momentos" and maybe saw someone advertising to sell theirs. He chose to go in there and attempt to take them with no intent on buying them.
I say good riddance to that man ! He is the ultimate scum of the Earth !
Stay tuned for Dec 5th === sentencing day !
I love how it was 13 yrs TO THE DAY of his aquittal ! Nicole Brown Simpson is finally smiling up there in Heaven !
