I agree,he's not even as psychotic as he used to be
I think they were gonna put the mask back on him but it might not have worked.

It depends. Are we talking favorite from a technical ability standpoint, their charisma, their longevity, or a combination thereof?
Hogan was never a great technical wrestler, but boy did he know how to get the crowd going.
I always thought Ricky "The Dragon" Steamboat was seriously underrated. His match against Randy Savage (Wrestlemania 3 maybe) was unbelievable.
Bret Hart was probably one of the greatest in technical ability, and he wasn't hard to look at either
The Rock had great charisma and you watched him just to see how outrageous he would be, but wrestling ability? Eh, not so much.
Oh, but I could just stare at Lex Luger and Rick Rude's bodies all day.
Gosh, I'm old!

I'll probably be a little different than most: Brock Lesnar, Ultimo Dragon, Edge, Chris Jericho, Dynamite Kid, AJ Styles, Eddie Guerrero, and Paul London (check out his ROH days).

Unfortunately as time has gone on technical abilities are not valued as much.
