These two could really pass for father and son, and the older Brad Pitt gets the more he looks like Redford. I have not seen any pictures of Robert Redford when he was young but I betcha he looks just like Brad.
I used to be in love with Robert Redford when he was young. Now, not so much. But I don't think he looked like Brad.
I think they have similar jawlines and mouths. Plus they both had at one time that blond hearthrob with the blinding white smile thing going on.
Like compare "A River Runs Through It" Brad with Redford from "The Sting".
A lot of course depends on the movie, makeup and all the rest. They both seem to try to do more grizzeled roles that gets them out of their pretty boy images.
Geez. I think there is a LOT of resemblance. That side-by-side makes it even more noticeable.
except that now Pitt is not lookin so hot. Looks tired and worn out. I would imagine living with that many kids plus that weirdo girlfriend of his would make anyone look old and tired.
they have a resemblance, but Brad Pitt will never be as attractive as Redford was (and I say this despite the fact that Pitt became über-popular when I was a teenager and nearly all the girls loved him -not me-).
A River Runs Through It was the first movie I saw Pitt in, and I thought the resemblance was uncanny. Redford also narrated the story, and I assumed Pitt was cast in the role largely because of his resemblance to Redford. Now I can see Brad Pitt without thinking of Redford, but there was a time when I couldn't.
