I used to love People magazine before they got fixated on Brittany Spears, Anniston and 'Brangelina', plastering their pictures on every cover. I not only stopped buying the mag because of it, I often avoid looking at the covers in dread.

I am with you on that Blue. People used to be a very quality mag. Now I steer clear from looking at the covers every place I know that sells them

I really like People magazine. I've been buying it a lot lately, but the price of a yearly subscription is insane. Plus I don't need all the issues featuring yet another weight loss or weight gain story, or any information about Britney Spears or any of the other empty-headed "women" that are popular now.

I used to buy People years ago but stopped when the price seemed to go up every other month. That really annoyed me to no end.
And I'm so sick of magazines that have endless advertising and very little to read. It's just not worth the price to me.
Now, I'll read these celebrity type mags at the library or standing in line at the grocery store.
