Here's the clip of Adam on Leno last night. It's at the very end of the "Fun with Mistletoe" segment with Owen Benjamin - about 41:50. Adam is adorable. If Adam is 6'1", Owen must be 7'0".
Check this out, ladies.
'American Idol:' Adam Lambert voted top artist by Rolling Stone readers (http://www.examiner.com/x-11363-Dallas-TV-Examiner~y2009m12d16-American-Idol-Adam-Lambert-voted-top-artist-by-Rolling-Stone-readers - broken link)
More good news.
Clip:
Adam’s third week sales have stabilized! “For Your Entertainment” sold 46,000 copies, just down 9% from the previous week. If the numbers don’t drop significantly next week, then I think Adam’s career is not in trouble after all — 40,000+ every week is not bad!
I haven't been following Idol for a while. Then I heard a song on one of my favorite soaps, over and over, and thought it was so beautiful, albeit dark. I thought it was Richard Marx singing it but it turned out to be Adam Lambert. Sexy song. Mad World by Gary Jules.
OMG there is an interview with the lovable Michael Slezac.
12 parts interview!!! going over each song from FYE.
His "Broken Open" confession is just heart-breaking. He said, "I've had experiences in my life, when in intimate moments, people broke down on me. Started crying... They felt they could be vulnerable with me,... I couldn't understand it at first, what do I put out there to bring this out of them..."

This interview is definitely a keeper. Adam is so articulate and he never has to grope for the right words to convey his feelings. I'd read before they shot him from the waist up on AI during Whole Lotta Love. In that respect, he has something in common with Elvis. But, what's a poor guy to do when women are flinging underwear on the tour stage. LOL. I adore Michael Slezak and have to get in the habit of checking EW again. I'm glad you found the interview. It was one of the best.
