The Adam Lambert Worship Thread
This thread is for anybody who thinks Adam Lambert is by far one of the most talented and versatile Idol contestants ever! Even if he doesn't win, he has a career for life.
He is so theatrical and really PERFORMS every song he sings. He makes everybody else look so amateurish and karaoke.
He brought Smokey Robinson to tears tonight. After he finished "Tracks of My Tears" and the cameras panned to Smokey, not only was he standing, but his eyes were teary.
GO ADAM!!!

I guess he is a celebrity now so it was moved to here. I can't get over how well he did on Tuesday in his performance of Tracks of my Tears.

My wife thinks he's Elvis reincarnated.
Not hating at all (he is talented) but I'm hearing that his sexuality will hurt his chances.

I think young people are more accepting of a person's sexuality. I'm older and I don't care. It's the first time I've ever voted on American Idol (my husband voted also) and we will buy his music. He is fantastic.

I wasn't too thrilled when I found out he was gay, but I got over that. He's so talented and so theatrical. I just love watching him perform!
Besides, Clay Aiken is gay, and I don't think it was any big secret even before he "came out".

Older artists like Elton John haven't done too bad either.

I searched on youtube for one of his videos so I could see what all the buzz was about. The funniest thing is. This guys sounds almost EXACTLY like Sam Harris who was the Star Search winner back in the 1980s. Check out Sam Harris' youtube videos and decide for yourself. I think the similarities are uncanny.

Funny you should say that because I was thinking that as well the other day. Still think one of the best songs Sam sang was when he did "Over The Rainbow."
