I know that I am going to catch a lot of **** about this but I think that Shia Labeouf seems like a down to earth kind of guy. I am not saying this cause I think that he is the hottest guy in Hollywood but if you read some of his interviews you will see why I say that he is down to earth. He seems like he is not afraid to be who he is that is why I think he is down to earth. I don't think that he is trying overly hard to get attention like Lindsay Lohan and Robert Pattinson (those two are in his age group) are, that is a major reason why I think he is down to earth. The reason why I may catch **** for this is because of his big wreck in 07/08. Yeah that sucked big time but he seems to have learned from that.

I'm shocked at the number of people who said Denzel. I always got the impression that he was kind of arrogant when I saw him giving interviews. (I also have a family member that worked for A-list celebs and spent a decent amount of time on a movie set with him. She didn't hold him in the highest regard. He wasn't very nice to the "regular" folks.)
My sister had the luxury of meeting Hugh Jackman and from what I gather, he's a good man. Kind, considerate and very family oriented.
David & Victoria Beckham
Ben Affleck
Matt Damon
Pierce Brosnan
Leah Remini
Kevin James
Don't know if they're considered celebs, but I was always attracted to these two men because they seemed so real & nice:
Mike Rowe
Howie Long

Jennifer Garner for sure, she is always dressed to simply and nice and ALWAYS with her kids. She seems really down to earth and like so what I'm out with my kids I don't need to dress up. I love that about her. She's not like Nicole Ritchi if No doubt singer ..brain fart forgot her name..you know the blond...whenever you see them with thier kids they are always full hair and makeup.

Marc Anthony and Jennifer Lopez, husband and wife. As others have written here, you don't read any gossipy stuff about this couple. They were in town (Washington DC) the past week to testify before Congress over an advocacy issue and while here they visited a DC public school with a predominately Hispanic population. The couple delivered a "yes you can" message to the students. Marc sang for the kids and Jennifer danced with them. The kids were thrilled

Sarah Jessica Parker came to my highschool in the mid 90's (she was friends with my english teacher). This was before Sex and the City, but she across as very normal, reserved, and not into the hollywood scene. She didn't like hollywood parties.
I remember she gave some acting advice to some of the kids in my class. A lot of them are just normal people trying to make money. The "celebrity factor" is something manufactured by the media and by the tabloids to sell. They would never want to be a celebrity if it wasn't for them.
And it depends on the era they grew up in. Like Ron Howard, Andy Griffith, I can't imagine being anything but nice and down to earth. Or Don Knotts, or many 60's stars.
