Mick Jagger's in great shape and in his sixties.

Indeed he is, and he seems to be a fairly grounded person, too.
But though I do appreciate his voice and songwriting talent, I never thought he was that electrifying onstage. I haven't seen him since the 70's and certainly would not pay $100 to see him these days.

Michael Jackson wrote great songs, too, and was quite the performer back in the day. I'll never forget the first time I saw him do Billie Jean.
He was so fluid, so fascinating to watch.
MJ was a huge talent, and is, I suppose, a damaged human being.

Just have to say thanks to everyone who has posted in this thread so far for not bringing the customary hate to any thread on CD that is about Michael. I'm repping everyone.

Yes but Mick has kept doing shows more regularly than MJ has through the years. Plus Mick doesn't have all the choreography like MJ does either. Even though Tina Turner is very physical and in her 70's (?) she wasn't even on the same level MJ's shows were.

I have a picture of their house up in Gary, IN that I took with my camera as my xh drove by. He was not comfortable being in a ghetto and at the time murder capitol of the nation.

DontH8Me it is nice to not have negative and hateful posters eh? I am glad people can see MJ as an entertainer separate from his personal life and discuss accordingly. So I as well say thanks everybody.

I hate to say it, because I'm a big MJ fan, but I don't think he'll do the comeback concerts because of the lawsuits his family is threatening to bring against him.

I also think that the illnesses (if they're real), the not eating (if that's true) and the nose jobs (however many he had) will all play a factor in his sound. I hope he can pull it off!

The guy is a demented freak. On his behalf though, so is his entire family.
