I saw this earlier not thinking it was going to be as clear or as graphic as it was but it shook me a bit. Very scary. I actually regretted watching it a bit afterwards. Horrible to watch someone suffer like that.
Wow, that was REALLY bad. It burned down to his scalp. I know that had to be beyond painful. I'm glad out of his tragedy and settlement he was given that he donated all of the money to a burn clinic for children.
it was graphic, for sure. But what really amazed me is that he seemed not to initially know it was on fire...and that his spinning dance routine at the end is what seemed to put out the flames!

Yes. I noticed that too. Now I feel bad joking about his hair catching on fire back then because of the jeri curl. They downplayed it that it wasn't that bad. Had I known that he went through all that pain, I wouldn't have been laughing. Sorry Michael.
After watching it, I'm starting to understand some of his hairstyle choices. There's no way he could work with his natural hair without that bald spot being visibile. Even if he shaved all of his hair off, the scar would be visible. Maybe he thought perming his hair and keeping it long was his only option.

I thought he wore wigs most of the time and if he did who cares.
