She needs bangs. She had her hair styled with the same guy who had been doing her wigs/weaves. She has a really big forhead and like another poster mentioned her hairline is reseeding. She needs pieces quick. Her look has aged her at least 10 years.

Also, I would never want to see Naomi Cambell without the hair I think she will have a similar problem as Tyra.

But see, the natural look works for her. I don't like the "fake supermodel" look she used to have. Way too much makeup, way too much weave.

Natural beauty FTW

Question Weaves

From the clip:

weaves
pieces
clipons
clipouts
clipdowns
arounds

What are those?

Is there any difference between weaves and extensions?

Yes, there is a difference. But I am not an expert of the subject.

Black women with natural hair are sexy! Much, much sexier than the fake hair and fake nails!! Less, is more IMO.

I have gotta to give it to the female celebs who have dumped the weaves and gone with their natural hair; Rihanna, Keyshia Cole, Solange, etc.
Solange is the only one who has gone natural. I'll bet any amount of money 3 or 4 years from now she'll be as beweaveable as her sister again. The other two singers you listed still use extensions when they want a different look. Nothing wrong with that, that is why the hair products were developed in the first place.

Who else besides me can see through Tyra's facade? She cares more about ratings for her talk show than hair politics.

I guess no choice a woman makes about herself will not be subject to criticism and debate. Weight, style, hair.....

Solange will be wearing a weave again probably some time early next year. Can't see Beyonce ever giving the weave up though.

Yes I too see through Tyra's antics. Making other women on the show go natural though is a bit much. Tyra just cares about ratings and $$$ when it comes to her show that is why she uses actors on the show all the time. Wonder how she is going to spin it when she starts wearing the wig again. She might use the excuse that putting too much heat and product in her hair is ruining it so that is why she has to go back, of course not admitting the real reason which is she really needs the wig.

What difference does it make how she wears her hair anyway? I will care when she starts paying my bills, rent and anything else I can think of. Until then, she be bald for all I care. She is her own person and the less people worried about what someone else is or isn't doing, will be alot happier.

She's pretty no matter how she wears her hair. Who am I to judge what she should or shouldn't do?

Don't think anyone is loosing sleep over Tyra. She made the big deal about her big reveal to the world to comment about. So she wanted the attention she is getting, although there aren't that many people who really care.

her hair isn't really natural is it? Isn't it relaxed?
