OMG yes. I hope that show goes off the air and immediately. It was corny before their marital bliss and now even cornier then ever. Everyone is soooooooooooooooooooooooo god damn nosy and who really cares about those people and their thousand children. I sure don't I have my own problems to deal with

Sounds like they don't enjoy it, I know I wouldnt enjoy cameras in my face 24/7 no matter how friendly the camera people were, it's just not a part of normal, every-day life. As for Kate's income, it may be time for her to try her hand at doing something different, she wrote a book and there's talk of a talk show or she can go back to nursing like so many other moms have when their kids grew older, the kids need to have down time and simply be kids and adjust to their new life w/o cameras on them constantly and w/o 2 stay-at-home parents.

I don't think the show films 24/7. I believe they are there certain days and for a certain amount of time.

I doubt the kids "hate it" since they enjoy the limelight (what kid doesn't?) and they like the crew. I imagine some of the crew really likes the kids and probably looks out for them from time to time.

I enjoy watching the kids. I don't enjoy Kate so much but sometimes I do enjoy listening to her comments ABOUT the kids.

Maybe TLC needs to go back to the beginning, when the show was ABOUT the kids.

Jon is full of hatred. He is trying to cancel the show out of anger. It is easy for me to see that but then, I am a "people person" and sometimes I just KNOW things about people. Even my husband said the same thing: Jon is just trying to be mean and if HE can see it...well, everyone should be able to see it!!!

I am sorry but Jon is doing the right thing for his kids....turn off the camera's and try to give these kids a sense of a normal life. The longer they are on TV and dragged through this the more damaging their lifes are going to be. In 10-15 years we will see these kids on daytime talk shows talking about this, and some of them will have life long effects to TLC and the crew that most normal kids shouldn't have to deal with.

Of course any child loves to be center of attention, and of course the camera's are pretty much all they know. How is that fair to them? They didn't asked to be filmed, they didn't ask for their parents to get a divorce, they didn't ask for all the freebies. Just let them be, pull the plug on the show.

Everyone ranted about how Jon never stood up for himself and his kids, he is now. Better late then never.

first of all.nurses CANNOT support 8 kids,and afford a sitter at the same time,secondly the putz will NEVER pay monthly child support(no income that's steady),thirdly,have you jon supporters LISTENED to the way he TALKS to the kids--complaining,and whining and calling poor aiden a wimp when he cried about walking to the pond,and most of all---i lived with the putz's twin and the type (narcissitic)---don't get better--they get older and meaner!

Then they shouldn't have had 8 kids....people make do, communities chip in, churches chip in, family chips in....oh wait that's right Kate doesn't talk to any of her family members....non speaking terms.......karma
