They say his debts are around $200-500 million dollars. But the guy has only been gone since late June, so I think that ain't bad. His assets are reported to be at a billion and when he was breathing the guy was still bringing in over $100 million a month for doing nothing. So now that he is gone it will be a short few months before everything is paid off and the estate can make money just as long as people don't screw things up and spend all the money.

I hope the people handling his estate will think of his children and plan accordingly.

With big celebrities like that this is common. Add to that his greedy family who is cashing in on it as much as they can. I read that MJ would have never wanted the private clips of his preparation for his This Is It concert tour to be seen by the average american, bnut his family is doing just that and promoting it. The family has approved lots of merchandise to be sold and it will only go from there. They even thought of buring him at Neverland and making it a Graceland type of thing. Good grief. Elvis Presley estate soared after his death and he made far more in death than in his life.

It is better they cash in while they can or be subjected to bagging groceries or having creditors coming after them for the rest of their lives.

He will always be talked about because he was a genius at his craft and will be remembered for it all over the world. You on the other hand...
