I agree-- she needs to have CPS put her in her place. ms. putz will end up being alone the rest of her life because like typical man haters, no men would stay with something like that. --she's even jealous of that hideous octomom woman, afraid that she will take away her spotlight -- poor ms putz.
CPS?? Seriously? So they should set aside some time that they could be dealing with victims of physical/sexual abuse, neglect to the extent that children arent' being fed or properly clothed so they can deal with a couple of self absorbed parents (and at least one with a bad haircut) who court paparazzi? Half of Hollywood, DC and Manhattan would be under investigation. I agree that when they were being filmed there was some valid concern but they are no longer working....
yes ma'am, seriously. Consider how much stress those kids are under due to the fact that they are being forced to be on television. The kids in school must be having a field day by now thanks to their parents. They're safety is at risk beause they are forced to be on television. They need security guards to escort them, they have media following them and their mother every where they go, the mother tells them nasty things about the media, complaining about them, yet she is half responsible for the situation they are in. And all the while, she keeps insisting that the show go on.
But the show ISN"T going on so they are NOT being forced to be on television at this point. I would agree that while the divorce is ongoing and the status of the show is in question that a guardian ad litem would probably be beneficial (and that is not unusual in high profile and contentious divorces) but CPS is a stretch.
ETA Obviously you have intense dislike for Kate BUT as much as any one of us might find her and her lifestyle and even parenting skills distasteful, as far as I can tell, those kids are fed, clothed, attend school and they are not living in some hellhole while their drug addicted mother or father is strung out for days on end. I have not seen (or heard) that they are being physically or sexually abused or otherwise neglected. If for some reason, the show goes on, I DO think that a neutral party needs to be looking out for the kids best interest but other than that....bad or indifferent parenting happens all the time and under much worse circumstances. It is sad but not a case for Child Protective Services.

good points--not everyone realizes the real lives of abused kids and what cps has to see on a regular basis-----instead of wishing for cps for these poor kids---the people who truly care for children should wish that mr.putz has an IRREVERSIBLE VASECTOMY!

Yes, the Korean Flavor Flav should have a vasectomy, he's already contributed enough children...............Kate, on the other hand, is her own contraceptive.

LOL @ the Flavor Flav comment , that's a good one
good point--I agree with you on ms. putz -- She needs to get that horrible DEAD BEAVER cut off and get a real hairstyle. She'll ever get another man, she's such a man hater. -- right or wrong, it really isn't a surprise to many people that Jon left that woman.
I don't think there is any reason to call CPS on Kate and the kids. They are not abused, malnourished or in danger. Let's not clog up the system with unnecessary requests. There are people out there who REALLY need the services provided by CPS.
Kate may be a loud mouth with a bad hair do, but she is not the worst parent on the planet.

Ah, but it was NOT by Kate's choice. If she had it her way, they would be on television right now. She has said it on the show and in interviews. From what I have heard, this is just a temporary break with TLC. She's so hungry for attention and money to maintain HER lifestyle that she even offered to do her own show if someone would give it to her. She's no better than Jon with his stupidity.

Tell that to the people that actually reported her to CPS months ago, and the hundreds of other people that have called for CPS to examine what she is doing to them.

Just because they are fed, clothed and live in a 1.3 million dollar home doesn't mean that they are not abused, come on now. There are all kinds of child abuse. She has been seen to be verbally abusive to them. Her obsessive compulsive disorder has had an affect on them. If anybody thinks that the lifestyle these children have lived is normal and ok with having cameras in their home since before they can remember, having the entire country know the family's dirty laundry and the need for a bodyguard sorry but I disagree.

It was already brought to CPS's attention, and they had to examine the situation.

That's a matter of opinion. If you don't consider little children being exposed to the public on television when it wasn't their choice, and needing security to go to the freaking store, then our opinions differ.

I didn't call them.

Anyone can call CPS about anything (and often do -just for spite) - has CPS actually gotten involved? My guess is they haven't but if you know otherwise, feel free to enlighten.
As I mentioned and you confirmed, they are NOT currently filming - the "why" doesn't really matter...
I never said the parenting was good or that there weren't valid reasons for feeling sorry for the kids - but the level of abuse CPS tends to get involved with is much worse. Now, if perhaps the CPS office in her area is so underutilized that they have the time to deal with children of annoying parents who demean each other and act like hormone driven teens well....then go for it...I agree the situation is sad for the kids but IMO (and I certainly hope in the opinion of CPS) those services need to protect the kids whose little lives are in danger first.
Another alternative is that Jon could take full custody....I'm sure he'll be up for the job.
