WHY is Jon Gosselin and Hailey Glassman on TV??? (Lost, famous, show)

Ok...so Jon Gosselin says he doesn't want to be "infamous" but he does TV interviews, claiming he needs to keep himself in the public eye for future opportunities.

And then...his girlfriend, Hailey Glassman, also says she doesn't want any part of being in the public eye is also on TV, claiming Jon verbally abuses her. WHY are either of them on TV?

What girlfriend of any guy goes on TV, saying he verbally abuses her? WHAT business of anyone is this??? WHO CARES???

Take them off TV and out of the magazines...I am getting sick!

I only saw a little of it, but I didn't understand it. She was sitting there saying negative stuff about him while he was sitting right next to her! I don't understand. Was it staged? I wouldn't be surprised.

Didn't see it, don't want to see it. I would say though, how much credit can you give a 20 something year old girl ? She's hardly matured enough to know what she's doing.

I agree with kentuckydad95, people need to stop feeding these two bottom feeders and let them fade into the sunset.

I've never seen the show, never watched one of their interviews either. They don't seem very interesting to me. If everyone stops watching, they WILL go away. Ratings....

He is a more delusional than I thought. When asked how he felt about the media attention, he compared himself to the interviewer, as though they were in the same business. Can't remember exactly how he worded it, but basically said that he wanted to be famous, but not infamous. His life is a freak show and he actually considers himself to be in the business! He must have gone to the same talent school as Levi Johnston.

And I hadn't thought about Hailey's comments being such a contradiction. Too funny.

Hmmmm wasnt that his reasoning behind leaving Kate? Being put down on national tv while sitting next to the woman he is in a relationship with. What a doosh.

Like it or not Jon is an attention *****. He is constantly on a show or the cover of a tabloid. And now he has the nerve to go on with his new girlfriend and his divorce is far from over??? He lacks class, tact and maturity.

How long will it be before the current GF throws him over for someone who is not emotionally/verbally abusive and does not throw "mantrums".

I saw him on some website today, they took a photo of him doing YOGA. I almost laughed out loud. He and the photographers have lost their minds.

But you know what? They both need each other, unfortunately.
