Post News, Joe Jackson Seeks Stipend From Michael's Estate.

LOS ANGELES -- Court records show Michael Jackson's father is seeking an allowance from his son's estate.

An attorney for Joe Jackson filed papers in Los Angeles on Friday seeking a stipend, saying there was no apparent reason for the administrators of the estate to not seek an allowance for the 81-year-old family patriarch.

So funny how he's trying to be in the spotlight and cash in on his dead son now ... All these years he was an unfit lousy father, and here he is palm out ... Chaaaa-ching !!

I feel for that Michael Jackson, he really has found peace- away from all of them.

MJ has been the breadwinner of that family since, what? Age 9? And now in death, still. God bless you, MJ. RIP angel.

I really have a real problem with parents who want to live off of their children.
Then again, none of my children are multi-millionaires.
Guess one would have to walk in the shoes before understanding the thought behind the madness.

Joe Jackson is scum. From the moment MJ has died he has been trying to cash in on that in one way or another.

But MJ made special arrangements to keep Joe out of his will and estate so how can Joe claim he is an administrator?

MJ is probably turning in his grave and Joe will meet his maker soon I wouldn't want to stand in his shoes.

Joe and Katherine are still married so I'm sure she gives him money. Maybe not the kind he wants on a regular basis but I'm sure she gives him $$$.

I've heard so many things that are so wrong, I don't know what to think about this family anymore. Maybe we're all misunderstanding the whole situation, but it seems to me like these people have never evolved above a ghetto mentality despite their ascencion to stardom and their exposure to a more tasteful lifestyle. What a shame!
