Marilyn. Other than beauty she had an over-all vibrancy that Harlow lacked.

I thought she was stunning. Marilyn Monroe--not so much. She was such a drama queen who created havoc then acted like a victim. Pretty is as pretty does. Marilyn Monroe disgusted me.

Both those women were very disturbed (and disgusting) in their own ways.

Marilyn was gullible and insecure, quite “stupid” in many ways (all of which lead to her demise) and, like a lot of celebrities, relied on booze and drugs to sleep and get up; in other words, live an everyday life.

I don’t think Jayne had a drug/drinking problem, but she didn’t’ know what to do with herself in later years. Her exhibitionism got so racy with time (I assume from restlessness) and she had several small children. Highly intelligent but not much common sense.

Neither one particularly "talented".

To this day Marilyn’s body was the one I’d pick to have from anybody’s. She wasn’t bony like today’s starlets but her curves weren’t out of proportion. Jayne was a bit too cow-like to me

Jean Harlow.Clearly the iconic, original Hollywood bombshell who set the standard for other starlets to follow. Died way to young.
