It should be remembered that this settlement-- if the news reports are accurate-- was agreed upon by both parties, Tiger being one of those parties.

It's not like a judge awarded her this high payoff. Seems likely that she's got plenty of info to spill and Tiger's willing to avoid that at any cost.

I agree! Especially with a party girl that has been with hundreds of different guys...and would likely not want to be held to just one. I'd bet money that Rachel Uchitel sees an even bigger money payout in her future by saying "I do"...and Tiger just doesn't see what's ahead for him with another payout and personal drama. Something tells me Tiger's near-term future will be full of agonizing drama.

Tiger is obviously not the brightest person regarding his personal life.

The divorce is final, and I'm glad. It would have been ridiculous for them to try to stay together, IMO. Now Tiger can concentrate on his game, both on and off the course.

It will be interesting to see who Tiger hooks up with in the future. I'm sure TMZ will be on the job with cameras in-hand.

I suspect Tiger will get his golf game sorted out in the coming weeks and months, but his competition will never put him on the same pedestal they once did...regardless of how well he plays.
