annerk, people with his kind of celebrity forget money have plenty of nannies and help around the clock. Most celebrities are not out and about shopping at a grocery store. Could you imagine scenes that would cause? I'm sure if the baby was sick Tiger would have paid extra to have the doctor make a personal appearance at 2AM. Can't wait to hear the 911 tapes. Mothers usually won't send the husband to the store because they won't bring back what is needed in a situation like that. Also, think about it, given the size of the mansion/compound they live in how in the world would she hear the crash? She wouldn't be able to and again if the wife had enough time to call 911 and drag a body outside of the car why not use the spare keys to open the door, why is it necessary to bash in a window? It is not.

Also, wonder if Oprah will be condeming the wife too?

At this point I'll agree with another poster that Tiger and his wife are trying to talk things out, get their story straight, and have their attorneys figure out this mess. The police should demand and conduct a better investigation as the next event might end up in a fatality that could have been prevented.

Rachel Uchitel has hired famed celebrity lawyer Gloria Allred as a first step to a massive lawsuit against the National Equirer. This suggests that Rachel Uchitel would like to establish her "innocence" from having had an affair with Tiger. If Tiger did not have an affair, then the decision to hire Gloria Allred and attack the National Enquirer may be a very shrewd move, and one that Tiger would applaud. However, if Tiger and Uchitel did indeed have an affair, then all bets are off. Don't forget it was the National Enquirer that broke the story about presidential candidate John Edwards!

Also, you know if the accident was in fact an accident then Woods and his wife would not have any problem at all communicating with police.

According to an article I just read, Tiger is not under any obligation to talk to the authorities as long as this is classified as a traffic accident. He was only required to show identification, license, etc. The problem for Tiger is he's creating a public relations nightmare by avoiding the questions.
