I am still speechless after reading his quotes from the Playboy interview:

I think he is just an idiot.....some stupid white boy who sang a couple of songs with some rappers and suddenly thought he was hood enough to make comments about black women and say the "N" word. Idiot.

Thank goodness I've never bought any of his albums.
I am sure it will all blow over but I'll never forget his comments.
My girlfriend was a huge John Mayer fan because of this. She was pretty pissed when she heard about this.

I read the article, not much of what he said even makes sense. Is he bipolar or something?

To me, it's the degree of details in how he portrays himself that renders me speechless. This makes that old kook sports guy (I'll be darned if I can remember any names associated with sports) and his comment about women basketball players look like small potatoes.

How can anyone in their right minds compare an organ of their own body to something as despicable as a white supremacist?

I have NEVER understood the draw to John Mayer. Granted, I don't like his music (not my style)... but when you see him out with woman after woman.. it gets me thinkin' those women may be blind. But then after reading the Playboy article... they'd have to be deaf and dumb as well.

I mean, no offense, but looks matter and when those fail, most people say, "He/ She has a great personality"... but he has neither.

I just don't get it.
