Ok now your making a fool out of yourself. YOU can call 911 if you see a naked person walking down the street. Not because your fries or cold.
Geez, come on people. If it was a man, there would have been many calls to 911. So yes, it is LEGAL to call the police if you see a NAKED person walking in a PUBLIC place.
Random: Do you know what 911 is for? It's for emergencies and, by law, an officer must respond. Just call the regular station # and file a report with the on-duty watch commander. I hope those of you using it to make stupid calls are getting billed by the 911 system for abusing it.
And those of you thinking there's nothing wrong with it... hope ya get lots of nekkid people trollin' around your neighborhood. I mean, after all, it's not the worst thing....
I think this incident is classless. Once again, proof that money can't buy class. And it's also a perfect example that the ones we don't want to see nekkid always are the ones forcing it on us.

I worked for 911/Dispatch and I am trained as a peace officer. It is completely legal to contact 911 and report an indecent person in a public place. It is breaking the law, it is an emergancy.

I'm enjoy hasbeen artists from the 90's getting back into the news by worthless buzz. Ricky Martin, now this chick, I'm hoping one of the Hanson kids or Sisco joins Sober House. They say these things come in 3's right?
