Hello everyone,
I'm having a problem with my Plantronics bluetooth. Whenever the phone rings, the bluetooth also rings, However, when I press the bluetooth button to answer the call, it won't go throught the bluetooth - only through the phone. The bluetooth icon on the phone is still green, indicating that it's connected. This started when the bluetooth was completely out of power. I recharged it completely, and then I started having this problem.
I've done the following to try and correct this:
1. Recharged both bluetooth and cell phone completely.
2. Deleted the bluetooth from my cell phone and re-connected it.
3. Removed the battery from my cell phone to reboot it.
Before I start digging around for the manual, I thought I'd check here to see if someone can help me out.
