Congratulations on making such a wise and mature decision! I'm very impressed. If you stick with your policy of getting only what you really want and can afford (at any given time) you'll be ahead of about 80% of the population who get into debt and don't know how to govern themselves wisely. Lol, I'm soundin' like an old grannie here, I think.

If you ever decide to part ways with T-Mobile, check out Consumer Cellular, which has similar plands and pricing. I've been with them for about 7 years and am well satisfied. Their customer service is great; one can even understand what the Rep. is saying.

I have the cheapest and most basic plan that you can get with Verizon: 450 minutes per month along with 250 Text Messages.

In my honest opinion, Verizon seems too freakin' expensive. I don't even want to imagine how much my bill would be per month if I were to increase my minutes or Text Messaging limits or switched to the Nationwide plan (which is what I really want). Also, Verizon Charges not only $15 each time you change your number, but the also double your bill for the month that you change it in. They also have several other fees that they like to tack on at any given time.

So, in a nutshell, would switching to T-Mobile be a smart choice if I wanted to save some money on similar phones or would Sprint, Crickett, or some other mobile company out there be cheaper? I have heard both good and bad things about all of those but I would really like to know WHICH one is actually cheaper. Thank you to anyone who can offer up some advice!
tmobile and sprint are cheaper than verizon
I had tmobile I switched to verizon now im thinking of switching to tmobile or sprint when contract is up

Generally, if you want more minutes to talk to landlines, T-Mobile will suit you better. If you mostly talk to people with cell phones and want unlimited data, Sprint will better suit you. However, it's also important to keep in mind the coverage of both providers in your area. Sprint roams on Verizon's towers while T-Mobile roams on AT&T's towers.
