Simple question, how much tax is there on a prepaid cell phone card? (google, buy)

Very simple question, like the title says, if I buy a prepaid cell phone card for 30 dollars, how much is the tax going to be? I couldn't find an answer by googling it, and I don't know anyone in person who I could ask. Im in Minnesota if it varies by state or something. Im a bit of a newb when it comes to this stuff.
