I have some songs that I had downloaded from my CD's that's on my computer so I want to take those songs and put them to my phone.

Is there a website where I can do that?

Which phone model do you have?

Often the process is as simple as plugging your phone into your PC and dragging your songs over to a "Music" folder, but this varies by model.

I have an AT&T F160;

The computer I am using is at a local library(because I do not have a PC now) and when I hook my phone up to the computer with the usb cord to dowload my phone's software the computer won't let me unless I am an administrator.

All I can do is load my songs from my cds to Windows Media Player.

The library has configured that computer so that end users can't install applications, including drivers & utilities. Unfortunately this means that you won't be able to use that PC to transfer music. Consider finding a friend who will transfer them for you, or even buying a cheap $50 PC from Craigslist if possible.

You can always use a data cable or card reader, as generally you do not need to install any driver.
