I have an iPhone4 and I'm just starting out learning about apps. I own a business, and I want an app that can send my company info out to somebody when requested.

Basically, I have a few documents with graphics and text that I'd send out. I'm guessing I can store them on my phone and "forward" to someone?

Sorry if this doesn't make sense. I've just been dragged kicking and screaming out of the technical stone age!

Thanks in advance.

One way to do it is:
  • Download the iBooks app;
  • Create a PDF of the information (it has to be a PDF);
  • Email the document to yourself;
  • Open the email on your phone and "hold," i.e., touch without releasing, the attachment for a few seconds;
  • Select the menu option "Open in iBooks," where it will be archived until you delete it;
  • Whenever you need to send the document go to iBooks, select "Library" and then "PDFs";
  • There's an icon at the top of the screen that allows you to forward the PDF as an email attachment.
It takes a few minutes to set up, but it the fastest and most efficient way to forward attachments that I've found. I love the "Open in iBooks" feature and use it all the time for work-related documents that I need to consult often. I also save things like flight confirmations for easy access. Many people don't know about it.

Save them as a word or pdf file and put them in dropbox.

Dropbox is one of my favorite apps, top 5 at least. I have a dropbox folder on my computer at home, at work and on my iphone. When I add a file to it on one of those devices it is now on all of them. You can also email any file in there even if you cannot open it on an iphone.

Also, I can assess it from any other device with internet access as there is also a webfolder (it is where the "cloud") idea came from.

All for free.

So if you save a file in dropbox you can email it to anyone right from your phone.
