Im talking these "Smartphones" and even most all MOBILES today..

People complain that they keep dropping calls now,WELL WHAT DO YOU EXPECT WITH NO ANTENNA??????

Dont these stupid companies wonder WHY STUFF USED TO HAVE ANTENNAs?? (FOR BETTER SIGNAL)

Its amazing people put up with this garbage today... It sounds like crap... THEY DONT CARE ABOUT THIER PRIVACY,these smartphones are tracking everything they do AND THEY DONT GIVE A CRAP!!!!!!!


I FOR ONE VALUE MY PRIVACY VERY MUCH... I DONT HAVE 1 OF THESE SPYING PIECES OF CRAP..... (I am glad i dont) Back in the 80s and 90s when it was still on an analogue network AND THEY HAD ANTENNAs,maybe i would have gotton one but not now!!!! (I prefer GOOD/unintrusive things)

You're paranoid and don't understand technology. You can have a smartphone and use it in a manner which minimizes privacy intrusion to nothing more than an analog cell phone.

My phone has three antennas... THREE!

Privacy concerns, sure... but uhh, you're on teh Interwebz. No different than your phone. VPN and encryption exists for a reason. And yes, everything on my phone is encrypted.

I'm pretty sure the antenna is still present, or otherwise it wouldn't be making that connection with the cell site. :P

The dropped calls aren't caused by the lack of external antennas. People complained about dropping calls even when external antennas were common.

You should also stop using the internet since you value your privacy so much.

The antennas are internal now. External antennas were needed in early days because there were many fewer cell base stations in use.
