navigation/radio (iPhone, best, competitor)

Just got the iPhone 4S today. I'm looking at Pandora and tuneinradio for my radio app, and for navigation either trapster or waze. I've heard pros and cons of each, which would you prefer?? Also, have a subscription to slacker radio so I can look into that as well.

Um... not to state the obvious here but you do realize you could run ALL THOSE APPS, yes? You don't have to pick just one.

But I know a bit about these apps so I will advise.

If you are paying for Slacker, why would you not use it? Pandora and Slacker are major competitors. I give the edge to Slacker. And I was Pandora's #1 fan for years. Slacker is a lot like Sirius radio. and the PAID Slacker app??? It's incedible. My wife has the subscription. Music on demand.
TuninRadio is a way to hear more of your terrestrial radio stations from around the nation. Best real radio app. Not at all like Pandora/Slacker.

For navigation I would recommend Mapquest hands down.

So:
install Slacker, TuninRadio and Mapquest.
