Default Droid 4 missed calls = flaked out on calls

I got a new Droid 4 as a work phone yesterday I want to toss it back on the controllers desk and take my beat up Blackberry back. This thing is not remotely intuitive to use and the missed call notification is way to small. The start button is in the most akward location. Call me an Apple fanboi, but this thing is not even a 1/10th of the phone that my personal iPhone 4s is.

Any suggestions before I stick it under the tire of my car and reclaim my Blackberry?
